Intimidation tactics is what eeg would use, but he’s not intimidating (unless he’s is his soul eating form, but that’s for soul consuming only as it will z u c c the soul out of anyone in a 50 foot radius) so he would summon Satan to intimidate the ice cream vendors to give him free ice cream. He’d do that whenever he runs out.
