Yeah, but I think it's because of the fangs. This drawing is supposed to have the edgy air of Guzma, the Team Skull leader, who's often shown smirking. I reposted this because I liked the style, and most of the Pokemon villains turned into furries I found were... much worse than this in my opinion.
