Well, I don't have a high rank, nor have a big influence, but I'm the most active user here. I'm active from 7AM Jakarta time to 8PM Jakarta time, not accounting for 1-hr breaks in between.

Being online the most isn’t an excuse for doing things outside you rank

You are almost never active in the morning.

Just because you're active doesn't change anything.
Would making a person with 0 skill, experience and intelligence a general be good? Of course no.
And besides, you don't have to be active all morning. Adolescents need to sleep for 10 hours.

I usually wake up at 8am to 9am China time.

I usually sleep 9pm to 10pm China time.

I will not be active from 12pm to 1pm.

I have detected many p0rn posters. And the p0rn stream raid, the Hentai-Heaven raid, the pics_of_girls raid (partially) were all started by my surveillance of imgflip.
