*they struggle to get out of the web* "what the heck is this?"

Tessa: *without looking, she bumps into one of the men pushing the guy in cloak*

"hey, watch it"

*the cloak falls of it, revealing water swirling around a brown scaled humanoid creature*

…

*the water begins swirling closer to him, and absorbs into the scales, and they turn a tropical deep blue*

"who are you?"

"you couldn't pronounce it. although underwater I believe ot sounds closest to the word 'Phantom' in your language"

*they yell at you still, and one guy grabs the cloaked person and leans them over the edge of the fountain*

*picks up the guy holding the cloaked person makes him drops the clocked person. Then she slams the guys head on the fountain and throws him into a nearby building

*he dropped the guy in the fountain when you picked him up, and everyone piled on him*

*tps the cloaked guy away from them

*suddenly, the water bubbles*

*the bubbles get bigger, and it starts frothing and boiling*

Eh whatever

*suddenly, the water all dissapears, sucked into something, and only the figure is left standing, in an empty fountain*

*stops floating* you ok?

*they keep shoving them around and push him toward the fountain*

*walks over

*one of them grabs the back of his head and his going to dunk him in it*

*knocks the guy out

*the other people swarm you* "hey, what the hell!"

"why'd you knock him out!?" *a guy walks up to you, yelling at you*

*knocks him out* geez stop yelling

*everyone clamors around you, telling you to leave*

No *floats above them*

ok, so basically, the world this takes place in is a modern/medevil fantasy version of earth. as in everything we have here, is here except we still use swords and magic is a thing. as if we discovered electricity and factories in medevil times and now have a sort of fantasy/modern/medevil/steampunk mix of a planet.

And the story: you walk into a town and see someone in a cloak gretting shoved around by a group of people in the city square
