Congress is perfectly within its rights so change the law with the necessary supermajority. Envoy is trying to go against the will of the people by preventing Congress from having a voice. We're allowed to make constitutional amendments. Dr.Strangmeme's free speech amendment was literally passed yesterday with zero complaint from Envoy. And now he's got a problem with this because it means his friend the terrorist troll RichardChill24 will be impeached. Envoy is trying to abuse his power.

I’m less concerned about the ramifications of this amendment (of which there are few) because it will restrict the kind of obstruction and power abuse you have demonstrated recently. You’re pretending to be all scared about how this amendment could change the impeachment process, but at the same time you’ve already been deciding who can and cannot be impeached by interfering with the process like you have now. You asked me to repeat it all over again; knowing full well that you would just not allow it anyway.

But remember that as HOC I cannot vote. Congress is voting to convict Richard here. And there vote WILL be respected no matter how hard you try to go against it like the tyrant you are.

Plus, RichardChill24 voted in favour of his own impeachment and stream ban. This could mean two things:

Either he was serious so even he pleads guilty.

Or if he was somehow joking like you think for some reason despite the fact that there is no evidence to back up this bizarre claim, then that is proof RichardChill24 is not taking his own impeachment seriously and thus can't be expected to launch a defence let alone effectively serve as a Congressman.
