Do something, anything, to get your mind off it. Something simple and mindless, physical preferably. Accomplish one simple task and then find something else to do. It will cheer you up! Anything to get out of your own head.

I FEEL LIKE I AM GONNA BREAK DOWN AND CRY.. I DONT WANNA DO THAT BECAUSE IF I DO THAT THEN I WONT BE ABLE TO STOP AND PEOPLE WILL ASK ABOUT IT AND MAKE IT WORSE.. HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS FEELING? COULD SOMEONE HELP ME?
