Not neutral as in: he lets the anti anime penguins hit his memes and doesn't retaliate.
He makes a bunch of sonic-X memes which may or may not actually be anime and hence has trouble with the anti-anime penguin's harrassment.

Well Switzerland is a bad example. They laundered billions of dollars in stolen gold for the Germans. They were only as neutral as they had to be to survive the war.

But they also traded with the allies. Yeah that was a bad example, but you get my point. Switzerland is historically neutral.

Ok, let me get this straight, you already opened up to discussion on this with me and then you post it on Imgflip_Presidents. The AAA, particularly Firestar, is a toxic community. SurlyKong69 is Pro-anime, and if I had to pick a side, it would be pro. However, I don’t watch anime and I do not give an actual s##t about it. I just care about the toxicness with the AAA and the attacks on innocent weebs. Is that good enough of an explanation.
