Todd, in a Panza as fast as a Lamborghini: YOU BETTER GET BACK HERE BEFORE I HAVE TO FIRE THE ROCKETS!

Shadow: CHAOS... SPEAR!

*Shadow would fire a chaos spear, and it hit Todd's left front tire.*

Todd: OH REALLY, IS THAT ALL YOU GOT? *fires rocket which explodes Shadow's bike, tears it in half and causes massive explosion*

Shadow: BET YA WON'T KNOW WHERE I AM IF I TELEPORT!

*Shadow would teleport to Richmond Raceway, which Todd didn't know where it was.*

*the teleport just brought him back to prison again
Shadow: Wait, WHAT?

Meanwhile, Silver, who was flying a helicopter from Richmond, was parked on the heli-pad outside the prison.

Shadow escaped, yet again. He climbed into the helicopter and they flew away to Richmond.

All of America is now alerted of Shadow's escape.
