1. Assassins must assassinate their target on their target's latest meme.
2. An assassin must be registered (registration begins at the beginning of every cycle) and cannot be running for office or a standing political figure.
3. Assassations must assassinate in the form of a meme like so.
4. Once an assassination is complete the assassin cannot assassinate again until for another 3 days (if the assassin gives away their client) or 5 days (if they don't give away their client).
5. An assassination can be stopped if (only for standing political members) a secret service member takes the bullet.
To hire an assassin you must ask the assassin if they are willing to carry out the operation on the selected target. If an assassin declines they can publicly show you tried to hire them, but this is generally considered dishonorable among them.
