I doubt it cats pretty much rely on us for food water and a home. Meanwhile dogs have very good survial traits they can drink anywater no matter how dirty and not get sick an cats best survial trait is always landing on their feet

Also cats are super territorial a cat comes into your yard they fight and then guaranteed one of them gets hurt you have to take them to the vet most vets are expensive so you have lost money meanwhile if a dog smells another dog near there house they don't really care.
