soooo uh, w engines are like piston engines where 3 or 4 cilinder banks that uses the same crankshaft, and w engines are less common than v engines. Then, a v engine is a common configuration for internal combustion engines, and it consist two cilinder banks that is usually the same number of cilinders in each bank thats connected to a common crankshaft.
