What bridge do you want for the proposed Interstate H4/Interstate 67

Ok there are multiple problems with this project

you should create one between the islands too, then make a bridge from hilo to san diego
if only it was possible...

if only

maybe one from kauai to wewak, papua new guinea, then finish the roads there to get to cairn, australia

that would probably destroy the great barrier reef tho
