So i was thinking about a drill that can mine a 3x3 cubic hole and has a large chest to store stuff but it has restrictions cant break end portal frames,bedrock and it has to be on two railroad tracks at the same time and it needs coal

new item as well drill bit it has levels like iron,diamond and netherrite

and also make minecarts be chained together

I like it but can it not pick up obsidian or just the corners and how long does it last?

it can if our using netherrite and since its pretty big its going to use a load of coal
