If they followed the stream before the deadline then they're eligible to vote. It proves they're not complete strangers to IMGFLIP_PRESIDENTS. They're not required to post memes on here.

Well how do we know they followed the stream before the dead line if they have no activity on the stream

The stream moderators can check when users follow IMGFLIP_PRESIDENTS on their notifications.

Technically Beez voters followed the rules because there were no laws in place yet. It was unfair, obviously, but they always said that no rules were broken and there were no alts. Same thing that is happening now

That is way too harsh and essentially impossible to enforce. The rule could be very easily abused since it's so up to interpretation.

I'm surprised you though Kaiju would win. Randomness has been so inactive recently, there's only one right-wing party splitting the RUP vote but multiple splitting the left-wing vote, the RUP has been dominating in the polls, most of the top memes have been by RUP supporters, and as a popular incumbent president Wubbzy has a clear advantage.
