The orbital cannon is a high tech space weapon located in a exoplanets orbit. The main use is for mass destruction on threats such as incoming meteors or stars.
Neon
Even though it doesn't look like anybody would be there for most of the time somebody actually does who goes by the name of Neon.
Barrier
The cannon comes with a electric barrier and a ion barrier to prevent damage from debris, although time to time some parts get damaged.
