EYM's equality act of 2021
No person, under the Imgflip President's stream, should ever be barred from Participating, and/Or Running for Presidential, Vice Presidential, Head of Congress or other office, unless the said person has been banned from running by the Stream Owner.
If any such banned person attempts to run for office, or aims to participate in the election process, they will be barred from running from office, and/or participating.

EYM's Peace Act of 2021 (Remastered)
This following Act only applies to war with other streams.

The Imgflip Presidents stream, or any of its leaders, should not aim, or indirectly incite war. If The Stream has been attacked, malicious steps against The Stream's leaders, The Stream goverment shall officially acknowledge the threat, and, is possible, practical and applicable, aim to draw up a peace treaty with equal terms, for the opposing side to sign. If the opposing side does not agree to sign, only then will war be officially declared.

EYM's Political Collapse Act of 2021
If any of the Political Party faces downfall, and great collapse, they have two options:-
1)Have an alliance with any of the other political parties (this one of the other reform) to regain some voters and some base for the party, OR
2) Resign immediately. If no party wants to have an alliance with your party, you have no choice but to resign and the Electoral Process with restart.

Section 1: The candidate as well as voters voting for candidates should follow the stream as given by the president (If we win, we create new stream called elections). The candidates have to post that they r standing in the electoral process for being voted. The prez would give a time limit, and all the candidates have to upload an image saying they are the candidates. After the time have reached its limit, prez would accept no more such images, and thus, the prez would straight away unfeature it.

Section 2: Prez would create a Google forms and submit it on the election stream and then voters have to vote in it. Prez would make the settings for the form such that it would be submitted only once.

Section 3: All the voters should follow the election stream. Prez would see that everyone would be strict to it. After that, prez would calculate the percentage of the votes (google forms is the ballot) in the ballot and then upload it on imgflip_presidents stream in a pie chart.

Section 4: One Election Commissioner would be appointed for this work. Election Commissioner should be non-bias. Default Election Commissioner would be the President. He could appoint the Election Commissioner. He had to see that the Commissioner would not be bias, or The President as well as Election Commissioner would be fired right away. Owner would look at the matter personally.

Section 5: Mid-term Elections
If a party has to resign due to any reason
(1. The President deleted their account,
2. They faced a great collapse due to withdrawal of power from the citizens,
3. They perform any illegal activity, or have broke a rule from the constitution, and the court have given their decision to resign, as per EYM's Security and Punishments Act of 2021, Section 5) then the Electoral process would restart irrespective of the cycle of 2 months.

Section 6: The Election Process
The Election process would be as given below:-
1. Finalizing voter's list → 2. Nomination of the Candidates and scrutiny of their nomination forms → 3. Election Campaign → 4. Actual voting → 4. Counting of votes → 6. Results of elections in pie chart → 7. Resolutions of disputes regarding elections. This electipn process has to be completed by the Election Commissioner

EYM's Security and Punishments Act of 2021
Section 1: All the citizens would behave under the rules, regulation and conditions set by a police or anyone of a higher rank. Breaking of rule would lead to punishment such as jail or held for trial.

Section 2: Police would behave under the rules, regulations and conditions set by HOC or any one of higher rank. Breaking of rule would let to punishment such as jail, held for trial or even suspension.

Section 3: HOC would behave under the rules, regulations and conditions set by V. President or anyone of higher rank. Breaking of rule would lead to punishment such as jail, held for trial or even, made to resign from their post.

Section 4: V. President would behave under the rules, regulations and conditions set by President and Constitution. Breaking of rule would lead to punishment such as jail, held for trial or even, made to resign from their post.

Section 5: President (and the whole party) would behave under the rules, regulations and conditions set by Constitution. Breaking of rule would lead to punishment such as jail, held for trial or even, made to resign from their post.

Section 6: No Assassins would be hired by any of the stream members. If done so, would be held for trial

EYM's Allied Services Act of 2021
All the streams opened for the work of Imgflip_Presidents will be included under Imgflip_Presidents stream and they will have to work under the conditions and rules set by Imgflip_Presidents stream. This includes the Courtroom Stream and the Election Stream

The EYM Peace Act of 2021
This following Act applies to civil wars

The Owner of the Stream should aim to stay neutral throught the conflict.

However, if the Stream owner is deeply affiliated with either side, the President must aim to stay neutral (And if the President is not neutral, the Vice President. If not the Vice President, the Head of Congress), and draw up a Peace Treaty (See EYM's Peace Act 2021), between the two sides. While the Treaty is being drawn up, no-one must attempt to disturb the President (Or anyone who is authorised to complete the task of drawing up the Treaty), or discourage them from their task.

Once the Treaty has been drawn up, the opposing sides have Twenty four (24) hours to make this decision. If they agree to only certain aspects, the Treaty can be re-written.

If either one of the opposing sides completely disagrees with the treaty, then, and only then, will the war be lawfully accepteble.

The EYM is a party that strives for peace and unity, and the Goverment's behaviour should reflect that.
