I am simply going to tell you that while I have indeed listened to National Socialist Black Metal and that Satan worshipping Black Metal, my top favorite genera of Black Metal has always been Depressive Suicidal Black Metal (DSBM for short) because of not exactly the music itself, but the beautiful very well written melancholy lyrics that fit me perfectly (me being the extremely depressed person that I have been for 4 years now ever since a cult of stupid highly ignorant satan worshippers dumped me) and the music that “draws up” these beautiful scenes of beautiful snowy forests with a wide path splitting them in two in my daydreams.
In all honesty, most people believe that all Black Metal makes you all rage, angry, and evil inside and while that is most certainly true for National Socialist Black Metal and that Satan worshipping Black Metal (which happens to be a VERY SMALL portion of Black Metal. Most Black Metal is DSBM mind you and other such gloomy forms of Black Metal that does not have anything to do with worshipping Satan and following in Hitlers footsteps), Depressive Suicidal Black Metal has always calmed me down inside and made me into an ever more kind and loving person even if the music sounds really aggressive, angry, and evil.
