Yeah, it's terrible. They know that I'm biROMANTIC and deMIROMANTIC, not biSEXUAL and demiSEXUAL. The day after I came out, my mom asked if I know the difference between them and I said that I do. That has not changed. If it did, I would change those labels. It's not just heteronormativity and cisnormativity. People need to stop assuming that everyone will end up having kids.
