It didn't make me mad. Sad, I suppose, because it necessitates the existence of those who would be angered by it.
I did wonder though what the world would be like today if Europe was largely a flat grassland and Africa had its level of geographical dividers (the 'pressure cooker of society' theory essentially, but switch up Europe and Africa).
Would African culture react and adopt better to better technology in the same manner Europe did? Would theirs have been an actual Age of Exploration, not the Age of Exploration/Exploitation that we saw from Europe?
Alternative history is nothing but speculation, but speculation is always interesting. What's done is done though.
