Tea is much better than coffee, at least for me with ADHD. Because tea dont have this horrible bitter taste and it calms me down

I have adhd and I don’t get affected by coffee and I just put alit of creamer in it so I don’t get the bitter

I get even more hyper than when I’m not using medicine when drinking coffee (and I’m really hyper without my medicine) so I guess we are using different medicines or something?

I haven’t been diagnosed but my mom is a nurse and she said that I do have adhd but not a severe case
