Nah. Imgflip users are motivated to get more points to get more beautiful and better icons. I think custom profile pictures would demotivate people a bit.
I think imgflip should allow you to upload custom pfp's. But then again, there's all the weird bots or trolls or something would probably put the weirdest shit for them.
