This rule includes "Repost this and add another image" memes*. Adding text to an image without changing the meme (E.g. adding another image below it) counts as reposting. Changing nothing is reposting, even if only the title is changed. Adding one image counts. Remaking something using the same template and same/similar text counts.
*This excludes ones that are entirety SCP related, with nothing other than SCP-related things
