Just as racist now as they were 60 years ago, they are threatening to filibuster to f*ck over millions of American citizens.

When LBJ introduced the Civil Rights Act in 1964, racist Senators filibustered against it for 60 working days, during which time no other business could be transacted. When the filibuster ended and the bill was passed, the racists moved in a body to the Republican Party, where they've been ever since.
