The media only pays attention to the outrageously weird ones so they can get alot of views. So, almost every bad thing you've been told about a furry is likely just sone media company trying to make a quick buck off of stereotyping an entire subculture based off of one weirdo. (There are a small amount of furries who do live up to those stereotypes, but the non-stereotypical ones far outnumber them) Its really sad when you think about it like that cause its basically the same this as racism but on a much smaller scale and not as controversial. Also, wtf is wrong with the UwU emoticon? Its literally just a face made of letters.
