Well, you have to follow IP. When it's time to vote a template will come out, you'll fill in the squares for the person you want to vote for, and then you'll upload it to the voting stream.
Just follow the stream you are just in time cause I believe it is the last day to register to vote(May I recommend voting theeveryone party that's me BTW)
