Actually, I'd stack layers between buildings for overpopulation to maximize space efficiency. We'd destroy all banks by eliminating currency. At the top is a giant garden/farm stretching the world and providing farming. Now, rockets would be sent as close to the sun as possible, covered in solar panels to harvest energy, before landing at sites where all energy would be transferred via wire.
