Ok tik tok is pretty dangerous for stupid people, I would change many things about tik tok, first when you make an account you have to take an iq test and then you have to hear an entire text to speech lectures about how to avoid doing stupid shit and then I would add a report system and then if the video shows somebody doing some stupid life threatening dumb shit then there would be a message “Hey dumb ass, if you keep this up then you won’t be able to get any more “clout” because as a result of your stupidity you could possibly die meaning that you won’t be able to make more content and get your “clout” so do some safer shit for the love of god.” And then if porn gets reported to person who uploaded the video will get a message saying “Hey there are websites for this, maybe go on there smol brain” so yeah that’s how I would protect the not so bright fellas on there
