I don't know if you made this petition or not but I just want to make a quick comment on the gardeners cutting the tree branches, I just want to say that gardeners or people who grow trees like to do this because it actually can keep the trees and other plants around them healthier. most of the time it's just twigs or parts that are rotting. over cutting it is a problem but trimming it occasionally is not. (both of my parents work with agriculture and my dad does a lot of stuff with trees, so that's how I know about this)
