Life and my parents

I get that

I’m also dead inside

I am literally giving people therapy(more like advice but y'know theres so little you can do for people over the internet)

I feel stressed about everything ahead of me and my future.

Calm down, take some deep breaths. Focus on now if you can. Do something to distract yourself. Physical distractions are best.

But when I do that I immediately think about all the things I SHOULD be doing a few minuets after.

Drink water. Rest. Eat some food. Do some yoga or something.

I feel pain when I do yoga, I can’t fall asleep and I just woke up, I just ate breakfast and had some water.

That's pretty egotistical of you to say-

Observe what you see and here
Write it down or draw it

Ok, I’ll tell you the results.

I saw a tree, grass, and a sky that looked way to normal to be here.

Nothing changed about my mood

Look for longer, notice every detail.

Write a song or something
