Two heroes takes place after the final exams arc = you can watch
Heroes rising takes place after the Meta Liberation Army Arc (which is after the Joint Training Arc, or the Class A vs. Class B battles)
Meta liberation army arc is, as of now, mostly manga only, which starts at Chapter 218 and ends at Chapter 240.
Episode 100 in the anime, the most current episode is the beginning of this arc. Anything after that is to be announced.= If you want to, watch it. doesn't really effect much of the storyline
World heroes is released on August 6th of this year.
