[Vazark returned from the Void to the mountain they knew well, the many grieving souls the shinigami led into the afterlife always leading them here. As they surveyed the area, Vazark noticed the crushed boulders and curiosity guiding them, clambered up the rocks to see the earth god Tremor. Vazark dipped their head in greetings, the spine earrings rattling as they did so.] "Another god on the mortal plane? Color me surprised."

"Greetings, other god. I am Tremor, the god of Earth!"

"Kalaval Vazark, the god of Death and Souls," [The shinigami returned, their yellow eyes gazing at the rubble.] "The god of the Earth mortals live in... do you keep to yourself often?"

"No..."

"I see." [The eyes on Vazark's hind legs blinked as they curled up onto the boulder, folding in what was still left of their wings.] "I simply asked that out of curiosity. I've been around every corner of the earth for a long time and had yet to see another god. They like to stay up in the sky and watch."

"Fair enough."

[Vazark nodded.] "Seeing my obvious 'nature', I am not..." [Vazark tilted their head, searching for the right word,] "...Accepted among the others, thus I stay here."

"I guess that makes sense."

[Vazark gave another nod in agreement, stretching one of their mutilated legs. Their claws had gotten stuck in the rocks.] "It does, doesn't it?"

"Mhm."
