If I may make a suggestion:
When you upload a new template go to the left - to the 'spacing' button
This will create boxes above and below the picture
You can alter both the background colour and the size (percentage) to fit your captions

Thanks Sardine. To be honest this was just a quick one for my work team when someone was dissing on MK, hence the lack of spacing, but thanks for the tip. Yes too many roundabouts and hell on car tyres!!! :)
The only time I've been there was in 1981 - I was still learning to drive on L plates - It was a surreal experience because it was on the day of the wedding of Charles and Diana - I was the only car on the road. I just loved whizzing round each roundabout three or four times. This was in the days so long before the advent of CCTV !
