Plague doc

My unbiased (clearly biased) opinion:

Plague Doc could not stand up to even a level 65 Hydreigon with the moves:

Crunch
Hyper voice
Dragon pulse
Earthquake

Applied. Reason being, earthquake would probably damage any structure enough to cause debris to fall or even cause the entire structure to collapse, trapping SCP-049 under the rubble until SCP foundation squads arrived. Even if the structure is strong enough to survive, Hydreigon has the ability Levitate. In Pokémon, this prevents ground type moves from affecting it. In this scenario, it’s likely Hydreigon can just float out of reach and use Dragon Pulse and Hyper Voice. If taught Dragon Tail, one hit would immediately end the battle, causing the opponent to flee. (In a trainer battle this switches Pokémon).

His touch causes all biological functions to Cease....

Dragon Pulse and Hyper Voice are special attacks, so it would never really have to touch the target at all to win. Earthquake, though being a regular attack, is probably ranged as well, the only one that may have a problem on the list of moves that I taught my Hydreigon is Crunch which does require physical contact if it was not obvious.

Scp 049 is built different

Each attack gets a certain number of power points, aka, the number of times it can be used without going back to the pokemon center. The attack Crunch is given 15 power points. Dragon Pulse has 10 power points. Hyper Voice has 10 power points. Earthquake has 10 power points. I still don’t think Hydreigon can be defeated in this specific fight.
