???: "Thanks."

Delphine: what's your name?

???: "My name is Kin'ra. Yours?"

Delphine: I'm Delphine. It's an honor to meet you.

Kin'Ra: "...there's no need to be honored. I'm just an ordinary illegal fighter."

Delphine: heh alright

Kin'Ra: "You know, Delphine... I don't think I've seen you around here before. How did you end up in this club?"

Delphine: a friend suggested this and I love it here

Kin'Ra: "You love watching people illegally beat each other up so other people can gain money?"

Delphine: well if you put it like that...

Kin'Ra: "Eh, it's fine if you enjoy that sort of thing. I don't care."

*Kin'Ra tries to move her legs. She winces.*

Kin'Ra: "Ugh, my legs are so sore that it's killing me..."

Kin'Ra: "Oh- well, bye..."

*Kin'Ra slowly exits the fight club, but her legs are so sore that she can barely walk.*

???: "I suppose so."

(I love how everyone is yet to acknowledge the fact that she's wearing a leash.)

Akira: *barely won* hey, good match out there. I didn’t even use my powers.

Kin'Ra: "Over there, in the middle of the crowd of angry people that just lost all of their money."

*The owner looks up.*

Owner: "What do you want?"

I would like to sign up.

Owner: "...do you have a sponsor?"

Can I be my own sponsor?

Owner: "Do you have a hundred thousand dollars?"

*thinks for a moment* probably.

Owner: "Well you're going to have to fork it over right now if you wanna sign up."

*hands him the money* here.

*Kin'Ra kicks Spiro.*

*flips up over you then pins you to the ground*

*Kin'Ra grins.*

Kin'Ra: "Woah, buddy, don't you think it's a little early in our relationship to be pinning me down?"

Kin'Ra: "Maybe, maybe not."

*Kin'Ra winks. She teleports away from Spiro, then jumps on him and springs off of his back, landing on the other side of the ring.*

*face plants into the ground* ow...

Kin'Ra: "Hah."

Kin'Ra: "Well, if you don't want to get hurt, I would suggest giving up."

*stands up* nah.

Probably, but we’re also in the middle of a battle, in case you hadn’t noticed

Kin'Ra: "It was supposed to."

*i sweep my arm around and my hand crashes into the side of your head*

*Kin'Ra grabs Spiro's arm and twists it.*

Argh! *pulls away*

Kin'Ra: "Heh."

Your pretty good, though I guess I should have expected that

Kin'Ra: "Of course you should have expected it. I'm a professional."

Am I allowed to use any of my abilities?

Kin'Ra: "You can use any of your abilities that don't give you an unfair advantage or debilitate the opponent. That means no telekinesis or hypnosis or something."

Kin'Ra: "You give up yet?"

Kin'Ra: "That doesn't even make sense! You can't give up after you win!"

*Kin'Ra shoves Spiro into the side of the ring.*

*Kin'Ra gets up and leaps at Spiro.*

Kin'Ra: "So what are you doing around these parts?"

I was just seeing what humans have been up to recently. I stumbled down here by accident.

Kin'Ra: "Let me guess, you're an elf?"

*looks surprised* uh... a what?

Kin'Ra: "Come on, dude. You gave yourself away. You look almost identical to a human, but you just openly admitted to not being one. The most logical conclusion is that you're an elf."

How do you even know about elves?

Kin'Ra: "The existence of elves is only unknown to humans."

Well then, what are you?

Kin'Ra: "So, little elf boy, ready to get wrecked?"

Kin'Ra: "I'll be nice and let you have the first strike."

*Kin'Ra shrugs and punches Spiro.*

*stays still* I’ve built up an incredible pain tolerance. Things like that won’t hurt me at all.

Kin'Ra: "Whoever said I was trying to hurt you?"

*Kin'Ra stares at Spiro for a moment, as if analyzing him. She proceeds to slug him in the throat with an about 89 horsepower punch.*

*drops To the ground, then quickly slips over to the other side of the ring*

Kin'Ra: "Hmph."

*stands back up* that actually hurt a little bit.

Kin'Ra: "I have black skin, black sclerae, and red eyes. I'm obviously a demon."

I couldn’t be sure. There are some strange beings out there, some that have similar appearances.

Kin'Ra: "Fair point."

Kin'Ra: "This is the best fight club in existence that isn't in one of the heavens or hells."

Kin'Ra: "You wanna sign up? I thought you elves were mostly pacifists."

???: "Most people on the legal side of things have never heard my name."

I wouldn’t exactly say I’m on the legal side of things.

Kin'Ra: "Well then I've no explanation for why you don't know me."

I haven’t been around here very much.

Kin'Ra: "You're a resilient little nuisance."

I was going for more of a handsome resilient little nuisance, but this works.

Kin'Ra: "If you want me to think you're handsome, you should probably try being attractive instead of being annoying."

Probably, but being annoying is also really fun.

*Kin'Ra teleports behind Spiro and sweeps his legs.*

*flips over her*

*Kin'Ra spins around and punches Spiro in the face as he lands.*

*falls back against the side of the ring*

*Kin'Ra pins Spiro down and proceeds to keep punching him.*

Owner: "Just telling this you now, 10% of your profits from bets go to me so I can keep this place open."

Owner: "Now, if you wanna fight, just hop into the ring and wait for an opponent. And please read the rules posted above the door before you start a fight."

Cool *walks over to the rules and starts to read*

*After about ten seconds, Kin'Ra gets up and hops into the ring.*

Kin'Ra: "Calling this 'a bit of a challenge' is insulting to me."

*Kin'Ra slams into the side again.*

Kin'Ra: "Oww... okay, fine, you win. I give up."

Kin'Ra: "If I hit one more thing something inside me is going to break, so yes really."

I thought we would both be shredded into a million pieces before either of us gave up. So, what happens now?

Kin'Ra: "Now you go collect your winnings while I struggle to stand up."

*helps her out of the ring*
