I pissed someone off by being an outspoken conservative - and they figured out (from my name and previous comments) where I lived, and they posted my address. These days it doesn't take much to pinpoint the location of a person - and it's a popular thing (unfortunately).

I've actually had it happen to me twice. When it happened on Facebook, I had people driving by my house taking photos. One person, on FB, said they were going to sacrifice a goat on my lawn. It's not fun.....
