Collan: What the.. *he goes into the woods*

[The light continued to glow, though it slightly dimmed in intensity. The warmth was hard to describe, it could feel calming or agitating. Even though not a single tree or blade of grass was harmed, it felt like the aftermath of a destructive forest fire.]

Collan: This is odd *he keeps walking towards the light*

[The light was glowing brighter at his north, gleaming like a tiny star. He was very close, the only thing between him and the light was a grove of... cherry blossoms, though they were dead for a very long time.]

Collan: Please don’t be something dangerous.. *he starts going through the cherry blossoms, his ears pricked nervously and his tail brushing the ground behind him*

[The light vanished, but in front of him were two large, angular black doors, the symbol of a Phoenix engraved on them.]

Collan: This can’t be a good idea… *he looks at the two doors, thinking. Then he walks towards the door on the left and attempts to open it*

[The door had no give, easily swinging open when Collan opened it. Inside was a large hallway, but with no door. For some reason, this area used to be heavily guarded, guns, combat machines, and security cameras lined the walls.]

Collan: Woah… *he hesitantly steps into the hallway* *he mumbles* please don’t make me the person who dies at the start of a horror movie…

"Access granted for emergency access. Welcome Solstra." [The door didn't open, but there was a firm click.]

Collan: *he draws in a shakey breath, then opens the door*

[74398, the post it note read, holding no other information on the paper.] "Password required."

Collan: You can seriously be saying- *he tries typing in 74398, while wondering about the point of a passcode lock that dispenses it’s code*

[The light suddenly surged through the hall to the wall in front of Collan. It crashed into the wall, illuminating a hidden door.]

Collan: *his eyes widen* Woah *he attempts to open the door*

[It was locked. To the right of the door there was a keypad. Old, but it still worked, judging on how it lit up with a loud beeping sound, sending a small yellow post-it note falling to the ground.] "Password required," [The artificial voice echoed,] "Password required."

Collan: *he leans down and picks up the post-it note*

Ruv'Ka: "...Hmm. It's probably not a good idea to go into the woods, but since when have I ever cared about stuff like that?"

*Ruv'Ka slowly walks into the forest.*

[When the demon stepped inside, it felt warm like a campfire, even though it was cold in the city and outside of the forest. The magma light collected into a warm river of brightness, leading into the North.]

Ruv'Ka: "...hmm."

*Ruv'Ka follows the river.*

[It was a bit of a trek, but soon enough, the river dimmed and vanished, as if nothing was there. Standing before Ruv'Ka were a grove of cherry blossom trees, but they were long gone for God knows however long. Another weak light peered into the trees, but it wasn't the river.]

Ruv'Ka: "...cherry blossoms. I've always felt a fondness for these..."

*Ruv'Ka stares at the trees for a moment, then heads towards the light.*

[Beyond the cherry blossoms stood two large, angular black doors, a Phoenix engraved on the doors. The light dimmed, vanishing into the doors.]

*Ruv'Ka examines the doors for a moment, then pushes them open.*

[Inside was a massive hallway with a dead end. It used to have tight security, but that was a thing of the past, rusted robots and what could've been a skeleton lined the walls. Behind Ruv'Ka, the black doors clicked shut.]

*Ruv'Ka walks towards the dead end.*

Ruv'Ka: "Something doesn't seem right about this place..."

[On the right of him was a small keypad, old, but still worked. It had a yellow post-it note sticking out of it.] "Access required." [The empty artificial voice called out.] "Access required."

*Ruv'Ka glances at the post-it note.*

[Surging past Ruv'Ka was the light that guided him here, crashing into the wall and illuminating a door in the dead end, right in front of him. It looked locked.]

*Ruv'Ka examines the door.*

Ruv'Ka: "...hmm."

[Oc in use: Exeno Jiva- imgflip.com/i/5burx1] [P.O.V: It's very late, past three or four in the morning. The pitch black sky shines bright with all the stars imaginable, the moon a bright gleaming lantern. You don't remember or know how you got to the outskirts of the megacity New Eden, yet here you are, the large forest streaching out to you, the branches almost welcoming you into the woods. It's dead silent, no person besides you is around for miles. As you gaze into the forest, debating on walking in, a brilliant surge of magma-colored light pulsed through the ground, powerful, bold, bright and shockingly warm. The sensation is followed by a warm orange light, glowing through the trees.]
[What do you do? *This roleplay is set in a highly futuristic society. Just standing there does nothing, for obvious reasons. Please no broken/op OC's or those that can easily instakill characters. Instakilling minor characters is fine.]

Delphine runs into the forest

[The bright light surged around Delphine's feet as she ran into the forest. It formed into a river, heading north, the light feeling warm, like the feeling of being around a campfire.

Delphine keeps running

[The river suddenly stopped, in front of Delphine being two large, angular black doors. They have the symbol of a Phoenix on then.]

Delphine opens the doors and walks through them

[It was a broad hallway, one that used to be heavily guarded by security robots and cameras, but they were old and rusted now, useless. There didn't seem to be a door hallway besides the one she entered, which shut behind her with a firm click.]

Delphine examines the ancient structure. She looks around in awe but then realizes the doors are probably locked. She checks her prediction.

Loca: ;-; *goes in

[Warm light eveloped Loca as they stepped inside. The air felt like a warm summer night, even though outside the forest the weather was fifty degrees. The light that flowed from the ground, the 'magma' that pulsed from the earth was collecting into a river that was above the ground, meaning Loca could step in it, if they chose. The river seemed to be heading towards the North.

Loca: *confused,follows the river, but doesnt step in it

[The rivers path continued deeper into the woods, the more Loca followed the path the brighter the river became, as if Loca was getting closer. Suddenly, the path stopped. In front of them were two large, angular black doors. Enblazed on the doors was a symbol of a Phoenix.]

Loca: *tries to open the door, even more confused

"Access granted," [The keypad echoed. The door slowly unlocked, but remained closed. "Access gra-" [The keypad shut off, letting Loca hear the sounds in the next room. It sounded like a giant computer.]

Loca; uhm- *he tries to open the door

[This door had quite a bit of give, but eventually, the door swung open. It was pitch black except for a single source of light, a orb that flowed a vivid shade of red. Inside the orb was a... something, Loca couldn't tell. It was shockingly hot in this room, like a summer day.]

Loca: *isnt sweating, but can feel the heat* ... *goes to the orb

[Loca was now able to see who, or what was in the orb. It was a surprising change. It was a armored humanoid, female, but Loca couldn't see her eyes, they were covered with a blue and white blindfold. She looked new and sleek, a contrast to the ancient ruins around her, yet she looked like she was always there, in a way. And there was something else about her.
She was breathing.]

Loca: 0-0 u-uhm, h-hello?

[It easily gave as Loca pushed open the door. Inside, Loca saw a large hallway with a dead end. It used to be heavily guarded, as old security cameras, guns, and defense robots lined the hall, but they were useless now. The light surged again, illuminating a door that was hidden in the dead end of the hall.]

Loca: *shivers in fear, but goes ot the door

[The humanoid didn't respond, but the room did. The area lit up, revealing that the space was a lab, thousands of papers and plenty of computers were in the room, and curled around Loca's feet were wires and cables of many sizes and colors. The center of the room glowed blue, and a hologram began to form: it was a middle aged woman, late thirty's or so, with a white lab coat with orange trimming and black cat-eye glasses. She stared directly at the capsule the humanoid was in, or would have if she wasn't a pre-recorded message.]

[This door looked locked, but on the side of it was a number pad. The door and the system both looked old, but the keypad still worked.] "Password required," [The keypad requested, the artificial voice echoing though the hallway, "Password required."

Loca: password... password.... uhm *thier voice is ver soft, ny noise could drown it out*

[As Loca pondered on the password problem, the keypad flickered to turning off, then back on. As it did, a yellow post-it note slid out of the keypad.]

*he grabs the post it note quickly and reads itt

[698437, the post-it note read. The handwriting was neat and almost like cursive, with a note on the bottom: 'Emergency password , because Solstra can't remember anything.']

Loca: *inputs the code intot he keypad, hoping it works
