And all lives do matter. That's not the point. The point is that people keep using these phrases as a justification to not do anything about the big problems the original movements are trying to tackle. Yes, some men get raped. But even they mostly get raped by other men and far more women get raped than men. And when people point out that it's better to teach young boys about consent and to not see women as objects instead of teaching young girls what to wear and how to behave to not get raped everyone should agree that it's a step in the right direction and not answer with "no, that's all stupid, men get raped too, so there".
By changing the topic to a different and much smaller problem they are saying that the big problem doesn't matter as much and that the small problem needs to be dealt with first. Yes, there are men who get raped, but firstly women getting raped is a much bigger problem because it is so normal that it is almost expected and secondly by fighting against rape on women noone is suggesting to rape men instead and it actually might help to teach kids about consent either way. Yes, there is racism against white people, but not nearly as much as there is against basically every other "race". People are literally killed in the streets by people whose job it is to protect them and they got off free in most cases. I think that should be adressed first and not that some people give you weird looks when you walk through their neighborhood - probably because they see you as a potential threat. I could go on but I'll leave it at that for now.
