If the stream is not listed under his Streams Moderated list, then the stream most likely has its visibility set to "Public, to anyone who has the link" which will not show up on the Streams Moderated list. If the owner wants to change that, they have to go to the Stream Settings and the stream's visibility to "Public, and also listed on imgflip.com for users to see".
