Excellent point! Correct - the vaccine is authorized under an emergency provision.
Without that emergency authorization, the vaccine(s) would have spent years in clinical trials where side effects would have been identified before mass inoculation.
As it stands, those who jumped at the chance to get the vaccine are little better than lab rats. You're better because you can talk, otherwise you have the same rights to adverse reaction damages as the rats (none).
