Those are all good rules that will be kept, however, these rules have been broken before several time due to no restrictions being in place to keep people from breaking those rules.

You should also make dont impersonate ppl as a rule and you should add your name next to what you say as a rule -sponge

Erps should be fine if they have consent cause the other day someone and another person were doing that with consent

Rules:
1) The account MUST have at least one ACTIVE owner (me, corpse, soap, etc.) that has the pass to the account so as to monitor things and stop any problems
2) Only the accounts creator can give the pass to someone, and only after getting permission from the owner that has the accounts pass
3a) No impersonating other people on the account
3b) When speaking to someone, it is REQUIRED to put your name after what you say so that people know who they are talking to
4a) No being horny
4b) No posting porn, yiff, hentai, or anything like that
4c) No asking for porn, yiff, hentai, or anything like that
4d) No erps without consent of the other person
5) Only the accounts creator or the owner that has the accounts pass is allowed to delete the account

Restrictions to help enforce rules:
1) The account can only have a MAXIMUM of 10 people, 2 of which must be the account creator and the owner with the accounts pass, leaving 8 spots empty for other people
2) The account password cannot be given to anyone with a history of being very horny
3) Everyone on the account MUST be a mod on their main account in order for the account to have mod

Punishments for breaking the rules:
Punishment for posting porn/yiff/hentai: The account will lose mod for a week, the pass will be changed and will only be given to the owner that previously had the pass, and people the accounts creator and the owner that has the pass trust did not post the porn/yiff/hentai, and if it happens again in the next month, the account will be deleted.
Punishment for giving the pass away without permission from the account creator: The pass will be changed and only be given to the owner that had the pass before and the people that didn't give the pass away.
Punishment for impersonating other people on the account: The pass will be changed, and only given back to the owner that previously had the pass and to the people that did not impersonate anyone
Punishment for erp without consent of the other person: The pass will be changed and given to the owner that previously had the pass and the people that didn't participate in the erp.

Okay good that's two owners that have approved of this, if it gets a third owner saying its good I'll make them official. If I don't get another owner saying they're good in the next 30 minutes, I'm still gonna make them official and add them as a stream rule
