Enough so that your employer's taxes can be lower? Are you familiar with the differences between regressive, proportional, and progressive tax systems?

If your definition of "socialism/communism" is "teaching civics in schools", then yes I do. Because I believe that a well-informed electorate makes a strong republic. But unfortunately for our republic, some people get most of their information from internet memes.

What do you think "The Social Contract" has to do with socialism? And why would a socialist economic system necessitate a dictatorial government? You don't even know what any of these words actually mean, do you?

First there is no social contract. A contract requires an offer, acceptance & consideration and the terms must be agreed upon. The nanny state only makes people less responsible and more dependent on govt. The social contract crap leads to socialism/communism. And that in turn leads to poverty, which is how a brittle but powerful govt holds power.

You're just parroting nonsense you've heard other people say without any understanding of what any of it means, or of whether or not any of it's true. I can see why you'd be so dependent on an employer to tell you what to do with your life.
