Delphine continues to draw before the teacher comes

Delphine payed attention to every single little thing he said.
Art teacher: now for homework. Today I decided to assign a project in partners! You have to draw a landscape of any desert, beach, or anything that comes into mind. I will call out the partners. David and Philip, Mary and Sophia, Jack and Marceline, Liz and Jason, Delphine and Hermes, and lastly Alice and Connor. Class is excused after you've met your partner for this project.

hermes: *he studied something*

the school bell rings. its the end of the day. Delphine packs up and heads home.

hermes: *he walked to delphines house*

Delphine walks inside and up to her room

hermes: *he knocked on delphines door*

Delphine sighs and runs back downstairs: who is it?

hermes: hi

Delphine unlocks the door: come in, sorry about that, you never know who it could be

Delphine: I think we can draw the canopy of it to include some birds and poisonous frogs

hermes: okay *he started drawing*

Delphine nods and also starts drawing

Delphine after coming over: yup... so which landscape you wanna do?

Delphine: i was thinking of doing a desert area or rainforest one, which one do you prefer?

she writes her adress on a peice of paper and gives it to him

Delphine walks out of the class as the bell rings and walks to her next class.

hermes: *he went to science class*

Delphine takes notes while thinking about the project.

hermes: so now that were done, now what?

She looks at her half: well I was going to add more detail then we can use some colored pencils?

hermes: sure

Delphine: kay.
she adds some details to what she drew

hermes: *he added some more detail*

while she finishes her final leaf her mom comes home: Hey Delphi!

hermes: *he looked up from his work*

Delphine: hey mom. im doing an art project with Hermes, my new friend
her mom: well thats nice!
she then speaks something in another language and laughs Delphine nervously chuckles and then after her mom leaves she continues to draw

hermes: what language was that?

Delphine: oh that's japanese-

hermes: nice, I speak russian before I moved to america

Delphine: oh I know a bit of Russian as well-

hermes: *he backed away*

Delphine hits him, making his arm slightly bleed

*his black coat flies off revealing an arsenal inside of it*

Delphine: much of the quiet kid, huh?

Delphine: well im not going to do much-
the popular girls come and spy on Delphine's first job

Delphine sighs and continues to art class

Delphine: probably france but maybe greece not sure

she takes out the black and gives the rest to Hermes. she starts coloring in the toucan

hermes: *he colored his leaves*

Delphine hums something

hermes: *he drew the things delphine suggested*

Delphine started to draw the edge of the trunks and the leaves. she drew a hidden toucan as well

hermes: *he drew the animals*

she drew a monkey and another tree

hermes: *he drew some water*

she then look over at his part: nice

hermes: yours is better

Delphine hesitates for a second, then says: not quite sure about that

hermes: okay, I still think its nice

Delphine just barely blushes: thanks

alice: you, and its hermes *she pointed to the black haired person*

Delphine: him?

alice: yep

Delphine: ugh ok
she heads over to him

hermes: whadya want

Delphine: I would like for you to follow me

hermes: its uh...

She walks over to the hallway. she has her bat ready there

Delphine finishes her coloring as well.
she looks at the time: 3:34

hermes: I better get going, I'm late for a meeting
