I know teachers are just following the directions that the district gives them, but seriously, the district should know better

I give my students an extra load of homework; On top of that, I give them a project that will take over 3 hours to complete; And even though school is out, I give them more work than they'd ever have to do in school for summer work; I'm a good teacher
