*waits for people to yell at me for my opinion* | Disapproving suicide announcements is stupid. Yes, it causes drama. But those people legitimately need help. And no matter how many times you remind them that the hotline is in the description, they aren't gonna call it. Sometimes it's okay for rules to be broken. The no suicide announcements is one of them. How are they going to get help if nobody knows that they need it? Disapproving those images is like telling them "Shut up, nobody cares, bring your problems elsewhere." And that isn't right. Let them speak, let them tell us that they need help. Because sadly, sometimes we might be the only ones that CAN help them. Feel free to hate all you want, this is just my opinion. Unless someone is making a joke about suicide. I'm fine if the rule is changed, but ANNOUNCING "I'm going to commit suicide" over and over again get's annoying as hell. I see what you mean but that rule need's to stay, even if it's changed. Cuz people just post way to much about it sometimes. I'm not telling them to shut up and that BS but... they need to tone it down. Go ahead and change the rule, but don't remove it. It needs it's limit.

I mean if someone posts about it alot either they're attention seeking or they have serious issues. If it seems like they're just attention seeking they should be disapproved.

I want their opinion, and if enough agree the rule would be changed. Not full on removed, because it's a reasonable rule, but it would be changed to make it more fair to those that actually need help and have no other way to get it.
