my parents be like: Suck it up you are faking it. and then my step dad is all like: HaVe YoU lOsT sOmEoNe ClOsE tO yOu? like bruh, i am sad because my own heart and thoughts are betraying me, and every time i try to tell yall you guys just ignore it

i mean like same except i haven't ever told them because they make it worse because they tell me that i have to stop being who i am therefore causing me to have mental breakdowns more often so i got so good at hiding stuff from them they know non the wiser
