Pangender, like the name suggests, is not a sexual orientation at all but a gender identity so I don't quite understand the question...

Well, if you want to think in "opposites" non-binary is really too broad a term to find an opposite for. It just means neither male mor female. That can be many things. It could be something in between which doesn't really have an opposite. It could be agender or something like that which you could argue is the "opposite" or bigender or pangender. Some people even include demigender within the non-binary umbrella and what's the opposite of that? Is the opposite of a demigirl a demiboy or someone who very strongly identified as male? 🤷
