tho i don't know about keeping them "low". that ship has probably already sailed, but we can keep them lower than they could outrageously be.

sure. if 95 to 98 percent of the population were vaccinated, the number of future cases of covid would be much lower, as would the number of people hospitalized with severe symptoms, as would the cost of those hospitalizations to insurance companies, as would the costs passed on to everyone in the form of higher insurance premiums.
