Yeah, fun stream is so huge, it’s a gamble, you could get tonnes of upvotes, or none at all

They have different streams, You submit it, Only fun stream will earn you more points than other streams, but other streams will earn you regular points as usual. It doesn't matter how much users doesn't earn points, but they still can.

the streams drop-down is directly below the site logo - how do you push streams more than that? That's the 2nd most significant structure on the page, being directly below the logo.
