oh wellllll when you get addicted to a substance or behavior and you try to quit it or go a while (sometimes it can happen f a s t tho) without using it/doing it you go through smth called withdrawal which is your body trying to get you to use it bc it became semi-reliant on it and these can be both physical and mental symptoms
