nah, really only the redstone handbook. Even so, the basics are mostly the same. the others are still valid(minus some of the nether stuff, RIP zombie pigmen)but they just dont have the new stuff.

Yeah, they skipped the combat update and went straight to 1.13, kinda stupid if you ask me.

Id agree with that, but because of that i can block with my sword just for gigles when i do play 360 edition

I think on console it's only like half a heart, it only does more if you are shielding whilst stabbing. (Don't quote me on this, i'm not 100% sure)

My school doesn’t have book fairs(silent suffering intensifies) and if they do I wouldn’t know because I’m full remote
